DETAILS: This benefit night will be held as a dine-in and takeout event. You can walk in during this time slot, or book a reservation via OpenTable in advance. Please note there may be a wait, so reservations are recommended! Be sure to mention you’re with Simis PATS when dining in, or show the Doughbird team your flyer. Doughbird will donate 30% of all sales (excluding alcohol) back to Simis PATS.

DETAILS: Mention Madison Simis Elementary, and Upward Projects will donate 20% of your meal back to the school. Order online for pickup using code: SIMIS, or show this flyer in restaurant. |

ABOUT SIMIS DINE-OUTS
A portion of the funds raised at Dine-Outs support the PATS Sister Schools Enrichment Grant Program. Our Sister Schools include other schools in the Madison school district that might need additional funding to enrich students' educational experiences in the school setting and support teachers in their creative and innovative thinking.
Our grant funding opportunities include, but are not limited to: Classroom supplies (includes specials teachers and social worker's supplies); classroom subscriptions; teacher trainings; PE equipment; playground equipment; books for the classroom, teacher workshops, assemblies, author visits.
