2025 SIMIS TURKEY TROT & FALL BOOK FAIR

Here's how it works:  

Doors open at 1:00 p.m.

Races begin at 2:00 p.m.

Event will end by 4:00 p.m.

(The Book Fair is also open during Turkey Trot in the gym.)

• COST TO RUN: minimum of 2 canned food items or a $5 donation per race participant // Check out this article on the Top 9 Items Food Banks Need the Most (and 3 things to avoid).
• You do NOT need to RSVP...just show up and sign in, and the kids will receive a number and listen for their group to be called to race. Race categories are:
  • Parent/older sibling/teacher (1 mile)
  • 4th grade (1 mile)
  • 3rd grade (1 mile)
  • 2nd grade (1 mile)
  • 1st grade (1/2 mile)
  • Kinder (1/2 mile)
  • Pre-K (1/2 mile)
• Come in running shoes ready to have fun and race!
• Top 3 boys and top 3 girls get ribbons!
